Onsite Meeting
Our survey involves measuring your existing bathroom, kitchen and bedroom at your property. This type of survey allows our designers to assess the physical space, layout, condition, and functionality of the bathroom or kitchen in order to provide recommendations, estimates, or design proposals for renovations or improvements. The survey may include measurements, photos, notes on existing fixtures or appliances, as well as discussions with the property owner to understand their needs and preferences for the space.
Showroom Meeting
A design meeting is between clients and designers to discuss and plan the layout, aesthetics, and functionality of these spaces. During the meeting, clients can share their ideas, requirements, and preferences, while designers offer suggestions, present concepts, and provide expertise on materials, fixtures, and layout options. The goal of the meeting is to create a tailored design plan that meets the client’s needs, style preferences, and budget, ensuring a successful transformation of their bathroom, kitchen and bedroom spaces.

You will receive a full quote with plans and images and a product brochure for your chosen products, our aim is to provide a seamless and informative sales package to prevent any delays during installation.
Installation
Our designers work closely with our installers throughout your project you will have one installation team from start to finish to ensure a smoother and more efficient experience when having your new bathroom, kitchen or bedroom installed.
Customer Satisfaction Meeting
Once your installation is complete a member of our team will visit your property to obtain feedback on your experience. These meetings are crucial for enhancing customer relationships, addressing concerns, and ultimately improving overall satisfaction levels. This also give us the opportunity to see the new installation completed.
